4 eggs,
1/2 c. granulated sugar,
1/2 t. salt,
1 t. vanilla,
1 c. water,
1 2/3 c. (large can) undiluted Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Beat ingredients to mix well. Pour custard into 6-8 baking dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Put dishes in 2 1/2" deep pan - pour water around dishes. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
