2 lbs ground beef
1 t. parsley flakes
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. garlic salt
2 T. chopped onion
1 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
2 eggs beaten
1/4 t. pepper
1/3 cup catsup
16 oz can jellied cranberrysauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into large bowl. Roll into 2-inch balls, arrange in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Spoon sauce over meatballs and bake 15 more minutes.

Sauce: Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
