2 - 1 3/4# Broilers (boned,shinned & disjointed) or you can use filleted breasts.
8 - canned or frozen Artichoke hearts.
16 - button mushrooms
1 - small onion - chopped
1/2 cup - chives - chopped
1 - Clove of Garlic
1/2 cup - butter
1 cup of half and half
1/2 cup Sherry
2 cups - Chicken broth
3 Tbsp - Flour
1/4 Tsp - Salt
Pinch - Accent
Dash - Nutmeg



Chicken - Dust Chicken in flour and brown in remaining butter in a separate pan. Cook until Chicken is nearly done. Add remaining Sherry,Chives, Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts.

Combine - Pour sauce over Chicken add cream and simmer until done.

Sauce - In large deep frying pan saute Onions and Garlic in 1/4 cup of butter until glazed. Add flour to make a roux. Blend in broth and season with salt, Accent, & Nutmeg. Add 1/4 cup Sherry and simmer for 1l/2 hour. Remove from heat
