1/2 cup each of milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter/margarine
2 cups sugar
3-1/2 cups rolled oats (quick)
3/4 cups coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, butter, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil, boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add oats and coconut. Stir to combine and spoon blobs onto wax paper quickly.

I usually add a little vanilla right before the dry ingredients, and you can play with the proportion of oats to coconut - I like more coconut.
