Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes. Do not overbake. Milk chocolate chips are good in this recipe too. Variation: When cooled, place a softened scoop of vanilla ice cream between 2 cookies and place in freezer. Delicious ice cream sandwich!
