2/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup 1000 Island dressing 8 oz sauerkraut, drained 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese 8 oz thin sliced corned beef, chopped 2 tbsp green onions
Heat oven to 350 Mix mayonnaise and dressing. Layer sauerkraut on bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Add half of the cheese, next all of the corned beef. Add all of the mayonnaise dressing mix, and put the rest of the cheese with green onion on top. Cook 20-25 minutes until cheese melts. Best served with rye bread or rye crackers.
