2 1/2 Cups Bisquick
2/3 Cup Water
4 Tart Apples diced

1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Cups water
3 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick with 2/3 Cup Water and roll out small round of Bisquick mix and put handful of diced apple and 1 Tsp sugar in center. Then roll up to make dumplings. Place in greased 9 x 13 backing dish and bake for 15 minutes at 425º oven. Then mix remaining ingredients and cook on top of stove while dumplings are in oven. After the 15 minutes in the oven, pour sauce over dumplings and bake in oven. Then put back in oven at 350º for 45 minutes.
