3 Cups soft or hard bread cubes (use 4 cups for firmer pudding)
2 Cups scalded milk
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
For scalded milk, heat until right before boiling with butter.
Preheat oven to 350º
Place cubes in 1 1/2 qt. greased baking dish
Blend in remaining ingredients. Mix all together and bake 40-45 minutes.
Serve warm with milk or cream.
