1 can of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Enchilada Sauce
Flat corn shells
Cooked hamburger or shredded meat
Onion
Salsa if desired
Shredded cheese or Mexican melted cheese whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 can of Mushroom Soup and a can of Enchilada Sauce in a pan and heat to a near boil
Dip flat corn shells and let each side coat(don’t overdo)
Place shells in a glass-baking dish
Fill with cooked and drained hamburger or shredded meat, onion, ands salsa if desired; also add cheese or Mexican melted cheese whiz
Fold over shells forming to shape
Sprinkle with cheese; pour any excess of the soup/sauce/cheese mixture over the shells in the baking dish
Bake for 45 minutes in 300-350 degree oven until done
