2-3 pounds lean ground beef
1- 6 ounce can evaporated milk
1 small onion chopped
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt

SAUCE
2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons liquid smoke (Colgin's)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef balls to 1 inch diameter
Place in a single layer in 13 x 9 metal pan
Combine ingredients for sauce
Cover balls with sauce and bake at 350 for 1 hour
