Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 ears of corn
1/2 stick softened butter
1 T. fresh chopped basil
1 T. fresh chopped italian parsley
(and any other fresh herbs you have around)
salt & pepper
fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat.

Remove corn from husks.

In a bowl with softened butter, add the fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste to your liking. I like a combination of fresh herbs as it only tastes better. Add a little squeeze of fresh lemon and stir.

Generously rub herb butter all over corn. Save the rest to serve tableside.

Place the corn over direct medium heat, turning once or twice for about 10-12 minutes. I cook it a little longer to get some grill marks on the corn. The crunch of the grill marks makes the corn taste so good!

Personal Notes:
I wouldn't recommend using dried herbs since they are so concentrated. If you only have one herb leftover in the fridge, anything will do!
