1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices of Texas Toast bread

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Melt butter. Add cinnamon and sugar. Pour the butter mixture into the pan. Layer the bread over the mixture. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake (covered lightly) at 350 for about 45 minutes.

If you triple this recipe, it will use an entire loaf of Texas Toast. Pans can be frozen for future use. Just place in the refrigerator the night before to thaw.
