8 to 10 medium potatoes
8 oz. package light sour cream, softened
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan, cook potatoes until done; drain. Peel and cut up potatoes. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until blended. Add hot potatoes, gradually beating until light and fluffy. (If mixture is too stiff, add a little milk.) Add minced garlic. Spoon potatoes into 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for about 1 hour.
