1 1/2 pounds bulk pork sausage (uncooked)
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon finely crushed dried rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients together, using your hands if necessary, until they are well mixed. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a greased jelly roll pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350º or until brown. Immediately remove from the pan, and serve warm. Makes about 8 dozen sausage cheese balls.
