21/2 to 3 lbs sirloin tips
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 jar whole white onions (drained
3/4 cup Burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sirloin tips into bite size pieces. Put in heavy over-proof casserole. Mix rest of ingredients (except onions) together and pour over beef. Place in 300 degree oven and cook for 3 hours stirrring occasionally. During last hour of cooking add onions.

Serve over egg noodles. Serves 6-8 amply.
