1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz cream cheese
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. thinly sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed. Cook spinach as directed, drain, combine with cream cheese. Saute mushrooms in butter until golden. Butter 2 qt. casserole dish and layer rice, spinach mixture, & mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
