1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. dried minced onion 2 pkg. dry brown or mushroom gravy mix 2 c. water 1/2 c. sour cream
Cook ground beef and onion together. Drain fat. Add water and gravy packets. Bring to boil. Add sour cream. Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, or baked potatoes. Also yummy--add 1 can of mushrooms. Use liquid as part of the 2 cups water.
