1 1/2 lb. Lean Pork cut into 2x1/2 strips
2 tbsp. Shortening
1 Chicken Bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. Salt
1-2oz Can Pineapple Chunks
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Medium Green Pepper cut up
1/4 c. Sliced Onions (thin)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Pork in shortening, add 1 cup water, the chicken bouillon cube and the 1/4 tsp salt mix well. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Drain Pineapple reserving syrup. Combine the sugar and cornstarch, add reserved syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat till thickened, removed from heat add sauce to pork and mix well. Stir in Pineapple, green pepper and onion. Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes till veg are crisp.
