Ingredients:  
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1 -8ounce can tomato sauce
1 small onion finely chopped
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon


Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl
Mix well and mound into a loaf
Gently place into 9x5 metal loaf pan
Generously cover with catsup
Place bacon strip over top of loaf

Bake at 350 for one hour and 20 minutes
Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing
