1 c. of margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs 1/4 tsp of salt
2 3/4 c. white wheat flour
2 tsp of cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda

Blend margarine and sugar, add eggs and beat. Sift in dry ingredient's. Pinch of a small ball, roll in your hands and then in a mixture of
2 TBS Sugar or splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
Place on ungreassed cookie sheet and bake 8-10 mins @ 375
