1 head cauliflower
3 cups milk
1 medium onion


1/2 cup curry powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups canola oil
1/8 to 1/4 cup water



Directions:
Directions:
Core cauliflower then cut in 1/2 inch slices. Peel and thinly slice onion. Add salt and pepper. Place in heavy bottom pot, cover 2/3rds with milk. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer cook for 20 minutes. In small batches put in blender and puree.

season again to taste.

Curry Oil Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the curry powder and salt with 1/8 to 1/4 cup water to make also paste. Whisk in the oil slowly, stirring. Allow the oil to stand for 1 hour settle. Use the clear oil only.
