6 cucumbers slice 1/4in thick
3 large onions slice thin
2 T pickling salt
4 cups water
2 c vinegar white
1 to 2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp tumermic
1 tsp mustard seed

Cover cumbers & onions brine of salt water and stand 2 hours
Drain real good; Mix 2 cups vinegar with 1 to cups brown sugar ( I used light brown so used 2 cup) 1 tsp celery seed ; 1 tumermic powder ;1 tsp mustard seed.
Mix - simmer - then bring to hard boil add cucumbers and onions simmer 10 minutes. Add to hot jars. Bath 5 minutes
