16 oz. low fat cottage cheese 3 oz. softened cream cheese garlic salt 1/2 bottle freeze dried chives
1) Whip cottage cheese until smooth (10-20 min in mixer or a few minutes in a food processor 2) Add cream cheese and mix 3) Add chives and garlic salt (to taste). Chill and serve with green peppers, carrots and celery.
