2 egg yolks 2 c. milk 2 c. flour 1 TBSP baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. oil 2 egg white stiffly beaten
Put everything but egg whites in a bowl. Beat on low to mix, then to medium until smooth. By hand fold in beaten egg whites. Pour 1/2 c. of batter over griddle. Bake about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden.
