2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. water
salt and pepper
2 c. milk
2 TBSP. flour
1 can creamed corn
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in the 2 c. of water until done. Add milk and cream corn. Heat through. Mix flour with a bit of milk and stir in. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Freezes well.
