2 bags or 8 c. popcorn
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 butter
3 -5 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pop popcorn and remove loose unpopped seeds, keep warm. Combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring until melted. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 5 min, stirring constantly. Take off heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat thoroughly. Put bowl in oven and cook for 15 min. Stir. Bake another 5 minutes. Take out of oven and spread onto a cookie sheet. Cool
