8-10 large Idaho potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 c sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
green onion tops
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

pats of butter
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Boil and rice potatoes. mix with rest of the ingredients and blend well. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with 5 thin pats of butter and sprinkle generously with paprika. Refrigerates for a period of time.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.

I got this recipe a long time ago, so I don't remember how big of a dish you'll need or how many people it serves. But, enjoy!
