1 can evaporated milk
2 cans of hot water
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together milk and water. Stir together sugar and cocoa and add a little water to form a thick paste. Pour milk and cocoa mix together, heat and serve.
