1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c drive white wine
1/4 c lemon juice
1 c chopped tomatoes (1 medium)
4 oz dried spinach angel hair pasta
4 oz dried semolina angel hair pasta
1/4 c chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp Parmesan
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place olive oil and garlic in saute pan and cook over medium heat until garlic browns. Remove from heat and pour wine into pan. Return to heat. Cook 1-2 minutes until wine is reduced by 1/2.

Stir in lemon juice and tomato. Remove from heat.

Place pasta in boiling water and cook until done. Drain and put in warm bowl.

Add basil, Parmesan, black pepper and tomato sauce mixture. Toss and Serve

- add 1-2 c cooked chicken
