3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch - deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl or blender, combine all ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º. Bake for 40 minutes, or until top is golden and center is set.
