2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Chocolate Icing

2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Cake Directions:
Melt butter add sugar, and milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Whisk in flour and then add vanilla. Pour into four cake pans and bake at 350º until done.

Icing Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, and flour well. Add milk, butter, and vanilla. Cook on medium heat and bring to a boil. Let boil for about 5 minutes. Puncture holes into the warm cake layers and pour hot Icing on each layer.
