1 (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
5 c. potatoes sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
6 bacon slices or sausage
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook potatoes. Drain and reserve 1 1/2c. water. Cook bacon or sausage and onion and set aside. Heat up reserved grease on med. and stir in flour until blended well. Add the cheese until melted and smooth. In a casserole dish. Layer potatoes, meat and cheese. Cook for 35 min.
* The longer you stir the flour and cheese the less it will have the flourier taste.
