4 large apples (cut into 4 pieces and remove core)
2 rolled Pillsbury Pie Crust (cut each in 8 equal pieces)
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups water
1 stick butter

Rolling Mixture
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Peel and cut apples roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Wrap each apple with pie crust. Try to leave at the edges of the apple. Place in 9x13 dish. In a saucepan bring water, sugar and butter to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over apples and bake 1 hour.
