1 stick butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 medium apple (peeled and grated)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar. Add apples and mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll mixture in 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. of brown sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet, press just a little with a fork and bake for 12 minutes.
