2 1/2 cups sifted flour 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 teaspoon soda 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 2 cup buttermilk 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter 2 beaten egg
Mix well; flour and sugar and dry ingredients first. Add buttermilk, eggs mix but don’t beat Spoon into hot greased pan by spoon or cup Allow enough time to brown lightly on one side before turning and finishing the second side Serve hot especially with good butter Enjoy
