1 whole cut up chicken or your favorite chicken pieces with bones and skin
1-1/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
1 can chicken rice soup
1 soup can of water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano flakes
mayonnaise to coat chicken (I use Light)

Directions:
Place the rice in a 2 qt. casserole and add the soup and water. Stir in salt, parsley and oregano flakes. Brush the chicken pieces generously with mayonnaise and put on top of the rice skin side up. Cook covered in a 325 oven for 2 hours.
