2 pkgs. Lady Fingers 14 oz. condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 3 egg whites, beaten stiff with 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Line bottom and sides of 9 x 5 loaf pan with lady fingers. Combine condensed milk with lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream and stiff egg whites. Pour into pan. Cover top with Lady Fingers. Chill overnight. Invert onto plate.
