2 Sticks Butter
1/2 Cup Shortening
3 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
5 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Alternate mixture and add milk. Mix in vanilla. Cook 350º for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
