1 box of Ritz cracker
1 large can milk
1 pound of coconut
1 pound candied cherries
1 pound of candied pineapple
1 pound of candied golden raisins
1 pound of small marshmallows
1 quart of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers and add chopped fruits, nuts and coconut in bowl. Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Add to cracker mixture, mix well. Pack in a wax paper lined pan, Store in refrigerator. Turn upside down on plate and remove wax paper. Cake will be better if made 2-3 days before serving.
