1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c quick cook oatmeal
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c ketchup
1 T brown sugar
1 T prepared mustard

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Shape into six loaves, about 4"x2 1/2". Place in ungreased 13"x9" pan.

Combine remaining 3 ingredients and spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
