2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. light mayo
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced red onion
1-2 c. crushed corn chips (Fritos)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except corn chips, in bowl and chill. Just before serving, stir in chips. (Chili cheese-flavored corn chips taste good in this too.)
