4 -5 lb brisket
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 to 1 bottle liquid smoke (I use 1/2 on 4lbs)
Barbecue sauce to completely cover.

Wrap all in foil; place in glass pan and let marinate over night. Bake as is 275º for 3 to 4 hours. What's left shred for sandwiches: add more barbecue sauce.
