1/2 lb or more lean ground beef or 1 large can chicken
1 large onion chopped
3 - 16oz cans Mexican style chili beans (undrained)
1 - 16oz can whole corn (undrained)
1 - 16oz can chopped tomatoes(undrained)
1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 - 4 1/2oz can chopped green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Mix beef & onion with other ingredients in a large pan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Can serve over corn chips and top with cheese.
