4 eggs, beaten
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 c. flour
3 sm. jars carrots (baby food)
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. veg. oil
2 t. salt

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into large cookie pan w/sides. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
