3 ripe avocados
1 spring onion
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 large tomato (and I mean LARGE)
jalapenos as desired (and we all know you both desire them ;)
cilantro as desired
salt as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Slice avocados in half, pit, and peel. Place peeled avocados in a mixing bowl. Chop tomatoes, spring onion, jalapenos, and cilantro. Add to bowl. Add lemon juice to bowl. Press or chop garlic cloves and add to bowl. Stir contents of bowl until the dip reaches the desired consistency. (JEH likes it chunky, I know ;).

Taste and salt until guacamole reaches the desired flavor, then serve with tortilla chips.
