1 small pkg small macaroni
2 T cider vinegar
4 boiled eggs
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c sweet pickle relish
1/4 c purple onion
1/2 c green pepper
2 T chopped pimiento
2/3 c Miracle Whip
Cubed Velveeta cheese
Can add chopped spam

Cook macaroni; drain, then add vinegar and let stand 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Garnish with lettuce. Sprinkle paprika over top
