1 pkg defrosted squash (or cook a buttercup squash)
3 beaten eggs
2 scant c milk
dash cinnamon
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c flour
4 T melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Butter a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour until set.

If recipe is doubled, bake about 1 1/2 hrs until set.
