one 2 1/2 - 3 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c oil
2 T brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1/3 c apricot jam
bacon slices

sauce: 1 c sour cream
1 c cream chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy, oil, sugar, honey, jam.
Add meat and marinate several hours, turning occasionally.
Remove meat. Cover with slices of bacon.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour 30 min or until tender, basting occasionally.

Combine sauce ingredients.

Carve tenderloin into thin diagonal slices.

Serve with fettuccine and sauce.
