1 loaf French bread
4 T butter
1 jar Trader Joeys red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic
1 1/2 avocados
4 oz.crumbled cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice French bread lengthwise
Brush with melted butter
Broil on high until toasted and edges start to brown
Remove from broiler and spread with red pepper spread
Add sliced avocados and cheddar cheese
Broil until cheese is melted
