2 cans black beans drained
1 can corn drained
1/2 c. red onion chopped
1/2 c. green pepper chopped
1 can rotel tomato w/ cilantro, lime
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic minced
6 T. veg oil
6 T. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in bowl. Mix the oil and lime juice together and pour over the salad. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
